I’ve worked in radio for the past 30 years and started out in my hometown of Lufkin, Texas at KAQU, then on to KYKS, KTBQ/KSFA, KJCS in Nacogdoches and after about 15 years I got called to the “big leagues” of Houston at the mighty 100.3 KILT. After developing issues with blood pressure and ulcers I decided to ease back into a more simple life, and made my way to Huntsville and The Hits. I LOVE The Hits! ! I have become part of a family here at The Hits, we take care of each other, and I love having that connection with my co-workers. I also LOVE Huntsville, and Walker County, and look forward to spending many years here getting to know you! I host the at-work shift from 10am-2pm on The Hits.
Words of wisdom I live by: Don’t take yourself too seriously. Don’t sweat the small stuff. Live every day as if it’s your last. Love often. Hug often-er. Never go to bed angry with someone. Don’t judge people. Use your damn blinker! Listen to good music, support live/local/regional artists, and don’t put up with any BS.
